✅ 目前晟瑞科技 (NoonSpare) 旗下所有發售中之產品型號,皆處於官方安全支援週期內,尚未有任何產品停止資安更新服務。
Currently, all active NoonSpare products are within their official security support lifecycle. No products have reached the end of security update services.產品停產與終止支援公告 (EOL & EOS Notice)
為了提供更安全、高效能的產品服務,晟瑞科技持續投入創新研發,同時逐步淘汰已無法滿足最新資安標準的舊世代產品,並推出具備更強防護力的替代方案。基於此產品生命週期規劃,本公司將針對下列表格中所列之產品,發布停產 (EOL) 與終止支援 (EOS) 通知。
To provide secure and high-performance services, NoonSpare continuously invests in innovation while phasing out legacy products that no longer meet the latest security standards. Based on this lifecycle planning, the Company will issue End of Life (EOL) and End of Support (EOS) notices for the products listed below.
- 終止支援的影響 (Impact of EOS):
當產品達到「停止安全性更新日期」後,這代表晟瑞將不再針對該型號提供安全性修補程式、韌體升級或技術支援服務。(註:若您的產品尚在執行有效之保固或維護合約期間,則於合約到期後始終止支援服務。)
Once a product reaches its EOS date, NoonSpare will no longer provide security patches, firmware upgrades, or technical support for that model. (Note: If your product is under an active warranty or maintenance contract, support ends when the contract expires.) - 後續支援與協助 (Next Steps & Assistance):
對於產品生命週期終止可能造成的不便,我們深感抱歉。在過渡期間,我們將全力提供協助,以降低對您業務營運的影響。我們強烈建議您參考表格中的「替代產品建議」,升級至新版設備,以持續取得最完善的資訊安全保障。
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by product lifecycle terminations. We highly recommend reviewing the "Recommended Replacement" column to upgrade to newer devices for continuous and comprehensive cybersecurity protection.
